Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Rankdawn account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free trial users.

2. What Rankdawn Is

Rankdawn is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform that tracks brand visibility in AI-generated answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude, calculates a weekly GEO Score, and provides recommendations to improve AI citation rates. Results are based on real-time queries sent to AI platforms and may vary week to week based on how those platforms generate responses.

3. Your Account

  • •You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • •You may not share your account with others.
  • •You may not create accounts using automated means.
  • •You must be 16 or older to use Rankdawn.

4. Acceptable Use

  • •You may only track websites you own or have explicit permission to track.
  • •You may not use Rankdawn to track competitors for the purpose of manipulation or fraud.
  • •You may not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Rankdawn platform.
  • •You may not use Rankdawn for any illegal purpose.
  • •You may not resell or white-label Rankdawn without written permission except as permitted by the Agency plan features.

5. Free Trial

  • •New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features on your chosen plan.
  • •No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • •At the end of the trial you will be asked to subscribe to continue using Rankdawn.
  • •If you do not subscribe your account will be paused and data retained for 30 days.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • •Subscriptions are billed monthly via [Paddle].
  • •Founding member pricing is locked in for life for accounts created during the founding period.
  • •You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • •We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • •If payment fails we will notify you by email and retry. After 7 days of failed payment your account will be paused.

7. Refund Policy

7-day refund guarantee — no questions asked within 7 days of any charge.

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of your first payment or from the date of any renewal charge if you have not used the service during that billing period.

To request a refund email [billing@rankdawn.com] within 7 days of the charge with your account email and reason. We process all refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available in these situations:

  • •After 7 days from the charge date.
  • •If you have actively used the service during the billing period including running scans, viewing recommendations, or accessing dashboard data.
  • •For partial months or unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
  • •For founding member lifetime discount plans after the 7 day window.

Free trial users are never charged until they explicitly choose a paid plan. No refund needed if you cancel during your 14-day free trial.

If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service contact us at [billing@rankdawn.com] and we will review your case individually. We want every user to feel the refund process is fair.

All payments and refunds are processed by [Paddle] as our Merchant of Record. Paddle appears on your bank statement as the charge. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

8. Plans and Limits

  • •Solo plan: 1 website, 15 queries per week.
  • •Growth plan: up to 5 websites, 30 queries per site per week.
  • •Agency plan: unlimited websites, 50 queries per site per week.
  • •Exceeding plan limits will result in a prompt to upgrade. We will not charge you without consent.

9. AI Query Results

  • •Rankdawn sends queries to third party AI platforms including [OpenAI], [Anthropic] and [Perplexity] on your behalf.
  • •Results depend entirely on how those platforms respond at the time of the query.
  • •We cannot guarantee specific citation results or GEO Score improvements.
  • •AI platform responses may change without notice and are outside our control.
  • •Recommendations are generated by AI and should be reviewed before implementing on your website.

10. Google Search Console

  • •If you connect your Google Search Console account you grant Rankdawn read-only access to your Search Console data via OAuth.
  • •We use this data only to populate your AI Overview visibility data within Rankdawn.
  • •You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or from your Google account security page.

11. Intellectual Property

  • •Rankdawn and all its features, design, and code are owned by Rankdawn.
  • •Your data including your website URLs, business descriptions, and any content you create remains yours.
  • •You grant Rankdawn a limited license to use your data to provide the service.
  • •We do not claim ownership over any content you enter into the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • •Rankdawn is provided as is without warranties of any kind.
  • •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
  • •Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
  • •We are not responsible for changes made by AI platforms that affect your citation results.

13. Termination

  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • •We will notify you before termination except in cases of serious violation.
  • •You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

14. Changes to Terms

  • •We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms.
  • •Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted.
